This is informed all our new members that we shall be meeting for our 2nd BGM event preparation meeting on:

Date/Day: 30 May 2009, Saturday
Time: 8pm (7.45pm for some refreshment)
Place:@ Yio Chu Kang CC (Conference Room Level 2, next to lift)

Agenda,
*BGM event overview.
*Learning via Sharing – Part 1: “How to organise and event?”, using BGM as an example.
*Learning via Sharing – Part 2: “The money matters”, related to budgeting and the process of claiming.
*End.
A supplimentary attachment will be sent to via email separately. You are encouraged to view it before attending the meeting.

What you need to bring? Yourself, Enthusiasm, Youth and thinking Hats.
You have done a great thing to be ontime last meeting keep up.
New members, do bring a passport size photography along.
Do have your dinner before coming.

Get2gather Event.

On 2nd May 2008, the group member had an outing to do some prawning some where at near Bishan Park. Its was a pre-event to thank our members, past members and upcoming members to our Youth Group.

We had a fun-filled event interacting, prawning and drink up for the future. Is is noted to make our relationship more closure via interesting event and synergize for future collaboration in our events.
